If you are interested in booking a group of 10+ rooms (sub-block) and paying at one time, please follow the steps below:

1. Click here and complete the “Room Block Request Agreement”.
2. The credit card will be charged the full billing with room, resort fee, and tax for each room held in your block. Please note the sub-block cut-off date of July 14, 2023. Reservations canceled or rooms released after this date will not be eligible for a refund. A rooming list with the names of all reservations is due to MGM Grand reservations staff (MGMGroupTeam2@lv.mgmgrand.com) by July 14, 2023.

NOTE:  The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #1 has contracted with MGM Grand and blocked an estimated total number of room nights for this event. FOP is liable for 90% of the contracted rooms.  Based on that liability, MGM Grand has agreed to allow you to reduce your room block request to no less than 90% of your original room total. Should room reservations by July 14, 2023 total less than 90% of the original room total, an attrition charge for the number of rooms below original amount will be posted to the guaranteeing credit card provided.

If you would like to reserve more than 10 rooms but do not want to do a sub-block, please follow the steps below:

1. Book directly with MGM Grand via Passkey - the maximum number of rooms allowed to book is 10 at a time.
2. Follow the process and enter the required information. Your credit card will be charged the deposit of the first night's room & tax. You can manage existing reservations by clicking the Passkey link.
3. To book additional rooms, refresh Passkey and follow the above steps.

The remaining fees, taxes, and resort fee will be due upon check-in for each guest. If you have rooms reserved through Passkey that you will no longer be using, we kindly ask that you cancel the rooms by July 14 to allow other FOP guests to reserve their rooms.

NOTE:  Again, based on FOP Lodge #1’s contract for 90% liability for blocked room nights for this event, please only book the number of rooms you will need or consider waiting until after per capita to know how many delegates you will have. Thank you
